By accessing or purchasing from Rig & Revive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing or availability errors.
3. Payment
We accept payments through eSewa, Khalti, and FonePay. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and dispatched.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Nepal. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within the period stated at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Certain items, such as opened software or perishable goods, may not be returnable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rig & Revive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by Nepali law.
